多盤式切割機
HLCC-3/7 是一款專為將花崗岩（yán）和大理石板（bǎn）材切割（gē）至（zhì）所需（xū）尺寸而設計的自動化切割生產線。最大切割深度為 70 毫米。它可以配備多達 7 個（gè）獨（dú）立的切割組。這是一款用於批量切割至尺寸的板材的超高效率設備。
特點/特征
1) 要切割（gē）的板材放置在一台（tái）沿著工作台移動的傳送帶上（shàng）。該傳送帶由多層帶有厚橡膠塗層的帶子（zǐ）組（zǔ）成，這種塗層（céng）非常適合在使用金（jīn）剛石圓盤切割器時（shí）抵抗切割造（zào）成的損傷。
2) 當板材到（dào）達隱蔽（bì）的終點停止裝置時，它（tā）會自動停（tíng）止。
3) 一個電動縱向終點停止裝置在切割操作（zuò）期間保持板材保持對齊狀（zhuàng）態。
4) 切（qiē）割操作結束後，切割盤會從工件上抬起，然（rán）後回到（dào）原來的位置，切割成瓷（cí）磚的板材從機器中排出，同時會放入新的板材。

Multi-disc Cross Cutter
HLCC-3/7 is an automatic cross cutting production line designed for cutting granite and marble slabs to size. The max cutting depth is 70mm. It can be fitted with up to 7 independent cutter groups. This is an extremely high efficiency equipment for slab cutting-to-size mass production.
Features
1) The slab to cut is positioned on a conveyor which travels on the workbench. The conveyor consists of a multilayer belt with a thick rubber coating ideal for resisting cuts caused by the diamond disc cutters when operating.
2) The slab automatically stops when it reaches a concealed end stop. 
3) A motorised longitudinal end stop maintains the slab aligned during cutting operations. 
4) Once cutting operations have terminated the discs are raised off the workpiece and then returned to their original position and the slab cut into tiles is discharged from the machine and a new slab is fed in.
