本機采用PLC控製（zhì），切割尺寸由計算機終端數字輸入，所（suǒ）有操作可手動或由（yóu）計算機程序（xù）自動完成；控製麵板位於機器右側，方便操作人員在放板（bǎn）時對機器進行調整；麵板（bǎn）上有操作按鈕、編碼器和液晶顯示；本機最多可同時設置8種不同的（de）切（qiē）割尺寸（cùn），每種（zhǒng）尺寸最多（duō）可重複9999次，並可設置多（duō）次下刀。切割模式（shì）;配備紅外刀（dāo）儀，可準確定位；切割進給速度由變頻器調節；鋸片由電機直接驅動，可由液壓傳（chuán）動驅動，自動旋轉（zhuǎn）90°；最大可切割3200mm × 2000mm板材；工作台可承重600kg，可轉動0°~ 85°。支撐架（jià）與（yǔ）機架一體，可（kě）快速安裝使用，移動（dòng）方便，無需提（tí）前搭建混凝土基（jī）礎。

Cutting mode; equipped with infrared knife instrument, can be accurately positioned; cutting feed speed adjusted by the frequency converter; saw blade driven directly by the motor, can be driven by the hydraulic transmission, automatic rotation of 90 °; the maximum cutting 3200mm × 2000mm plate; table can support 600kg, can be turned 0 ° ~ 85 °.
