HLRB-7A3D七軸（zhóu）機器人是在庫卡（kǎ）機器人的基礎上，專為3D石雕工藝設計的自動（dòng）化集成（chéng）二次開（kāi）發產品，采用離線編程係統Sprut CAM對複雜三維造（zào）型雕塑自動化（huà）加工（gōng），配（pèi）置可以靈活變更，具有工作速度快、高精度(高速軸集成在手臂上)、多（duō）功能、自動化、操作方便等優點。目前在異型石材雕刻、石（shí）膏產品（pǐn）雕刻、泡沫產品雕刻、陶（táo）瓷模具、玻璃（lí）鋼製品等圓雕、浮雕領（lǐng）域都已形成了核心技術的（de）積累（lèi）。
HLRB-7A3D 7 Axis Robot is an automation integrated and secondary developedproduct on the base of KUKA robot, specially  designed for 3D stone carving process, very strong, high- precision (high-speed shaft integrated in the arm), verstile and easy to operate.It uses the offline programming system Sprut CAM to perform complex workpiece processing. The configuration can be changed at will. The robot can work normally even in harsh environments, with a service life of up to 15 years and an average time between accidents as long as 70,000 hours.
